Returns & Exchanges

We want you to experience total weightlessness in your Moon Pod, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 365-day trial period for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack Your Moon Pod

  Carefully compress your Moon Pod back into its original box and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
